Welcome to New Zealand. Once you have cleared Customs & Immigration, receive your tour documents and be transferred to your accommodation. At your leisure, visit Auckland Sky Tower. Today following breakfast, this mornings tour takes you to the University, Auckland Harbour Bridge to North Shore for wide views of harbour and yacht marina, Mt Eden where you travel to the summit of this dormant volcano for wide views of the city, Paritai Drive Auckland most expensive residential street with fantastic views of the Waitemata Harbour and finally Tamaki Water Front drive via Mission Bay. Visit to Kelly Tarltons Under Water World, Auckland most visited attraction. Walk through the life size reconstruction of Captain Scotts Antarctic Hut as it was in 1911. Then its back to the present to board the Snow Cat vehicle for ride into the special Antarctic enclosure where you will see live King and Gentoo Penguins. Come face to face with giant stingrays, moray eels, thousands of different fish species and the sharks. All these creatures are only centimetres away in the unique underwater tunnel. Afterwards continue your day journey to Paihia. Explore the beautiful Hibiscus Coast and your Guided Tour of the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Rich in cultural history and blessed with spectacular marine wildlife and scenery, no visit to New Zealand is complete without a trip to the Bay of Islands. Considered the birth place of New Zealand as a bicultural nation, the Waitangi Treaty Grounds are set in an extensive park-like reserve. At Ninety Mile Beach, use our sand toboggans to slide down the giant sand-dunes. Capture the beauty of Cape Reinga, where the Pacific Ocean meets the Tasman Sea. Visit the Ancient Kauri Kingdom Cafe and view the massive 30,000 to 50,000 year old Kauri logs and hand-made Kauri furniture. Be returned to your hotel early evening. Overnight in Paihia.

After, cast off a short cruise across to historic Russell before heading out to the clear waters of the beautiful Bay of Islands. On our way out to the Cape Brett Lighthouse we seek out the playful dolphins. Further out visit the famous Hole in the Rock. After your cruise, you return to Auckland by coach. Today after enjoying your breakfast, board your coach from your hotel entrance to enjoy 3 of Rotorua best sightseeing attractions. Agrodome Sheep Show During the show the audience will see nineteen sheep breeds introduced onto the stage, the art of sheep shearing, sheepdog demonstrations, cow milking, bottle feed lambs and an exciting sheep auction. Tour Te Puia & Maori Arts & Crafts Institute The Te Puia Thermal Reserve is renowned for the famous Pohutu Geyser which erupts 10 to 25 times each day to heights of 16 to 20 metres. The reserve is also filled with boiling mud pools generated by the extreme thinness of the earth crust in the area. Follow your reserve experience with entry to the Maori Arts & Crafts Institute which is preserving the remarkable heritage of our Maori people. Today after breakfast, depart Queenstown and travel alongside Lake Wakatipu, through Kingston, Garston and Mossburn before arriving Te Anau. From Te Anau, follow the shores of Lake Te Anau before entering Fiordland National Park which covers 1.2 million hectares. Board the catamaran and embark on a 1.5 hour cruise out to the Tasman Sea and back with superb views or towering peaks, close ups of the cool mists of tall waterfalls, as well as southern fur seals and the spectacular Mitre Peak. Returning to Milford Wharf where you reboard your coach for your return journey to Queenstown arriving around 7.30pm. Overnight in Queenstown.

After breakfast today, you will be collected from your hotel and delivered to the base of the Skyline Gondola in Queenstown. The gondola ride takes you to Bob Peak perched high above Queenstown. From here you get the best views over picturesque Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and Remarkable Mountains spread before you in a magnificent panorama. The ride up of 450 metres takes you to 790 metres above sea level. When you present your voucher at the Skyline Gondola ticket office they will hand you a coffee/tea and cake voucher. After your Tea and Cake, go for your ride on the Luge, which is a four wheeled cart that you steer whilst making your way down hill. This is very fun activity! The rest of today is for optional activities, shopping and relaxing. Overnight in Queenstown.

Today you will make a short visit to Lake Wanaka and then follow the shore of Lake Hawea through to Makarora. From here you are on the Haast Road which follows the ancient Maori trail to the West Coast. From the Haast township the scenery changes as you pass through small settlements and lakes full of Trout and Salmon. Once you reach Fox Glacier it is only another 25 minutes to your destination Franz Josef Glacier. There will be time this evening for an optional helicopter ride. Overnight at Glaciers. Optional Activity: Helicopter flight with Snow Landing.

After an early breakfast this morning, be delivered to the Christchurch railway station, where you will board the Tranz Alpine Train. The award winning Tranz Alpine train is rated as one of the top six scenic train journeys in the world. The train crosses the huge and fertile farmlands of the Canterbury Plains, winds its way over massive viaducts, through spectacular river gorges and the stunning Waimakariri River valley. The highest point is 737 metres at the alpine village at Arthur Pass. From Arthur Pass to Greymouth the scenery is lush beech forest and tranquil Lake Brunner. After disembarking the train, board the waiting coach to the Glaciers. This afternoon begin your journey down the West Coast following lush, temperate rainforest sandwiched between the highest mountains of the Southern Alps and the rolling waves of the Tasman Sea. The village at Franz Josef Glacier is five kilometres from the face of Franz Josef Glacier itself. Continue another 30 minutes to get to the small Alpine Village of Fox Glacier.   • Cancellation Policty

    For any confirmation, a deposit of 50,000 per person shall be paid to us. Once deposit has been received. The balance of the payment must be paid 28 days prior to the tour departure. Any booking made within 14 working days of the tour departure is considered to be late booking for which the full and final payment is required at the same time of booking.

    In case of visa rejection, you would be deemed to have cancelled on the date of intimation of such rejection. If you fail to pay the total tour costs in time or if you commit any other default in relation to your booking, we may treat such failure or default as a cancellation of the booking by you. In such case, the cancellation charges shall be computed with reference to the date on which we issue you a notice of cancellation.

    If you wish to cancel the tour on your own will, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be considered the date on which notice mail is received. As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:
