DAY WISE TOUR ITINERARY

  • ARRIVAL AT KASANE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT – CHOBE NATIONAL PARK
  • Upon arrival at Kasane Airport, You will meet our representative and they will transfer you to your lodge in Chobe National Park. Chobe National Park is in northern Botswana near the vast, inland Okavango Delta. It's known for its large herds of elephants and Cape buffalo, which converge along the Chobe Riverfront in the dry months. Lions, antelopes and hippos inhabit the woods and lagoons around Linyanti Marsh. The floodable grasslands of the Savuti Marsh attract numerous bird species, plus migrating zebras. Check in to the hotel and freshen up. Have your Lunch at the Lodge and Proceed for the Boat Cruise in Chobe River. Transfer back to the Lodge & have Dinner. Overnight in Chobe National Park.

Board a chartered shuttle flight to nearest airstrip to your Lodge. Transfer to your accommodation from the airstrip The largest salt pans in the world, spanning over 16,000 km² the?Makgadikgadi Pans?are an awe-inspiring sight; a vast sea of white that was once the centre of a huge lake that evaporated more than 2,000 years ago. Remnants of an ancient lake, the pans are interspersed with sandy desert and occasional vegetation, and is home to one of Africa’s largest zebra populations. When the rains fall during the wet season, the pans fill with water and attract large numbers of zebra, springbok and wildebeest, followed closely by predators, making for fantastic game viewing.Shimmering miles of white are made up of surreal landscapes where flocks of swallows soar in ragged formation and elephant tracks appear seemingly out of nowhere, blend into a sense of endless space. In the midst of this nothingness lies Kubu Island, a granite outcrop walled with companies of baobab reaching stubby branches towards the sky. Check in and freshen up. Have your Lunch at the Lodge.   • Have your breakfast at the Lodge. Today, proceed for the tour of Nxai Pans. Nxai Pan is particularly known for Baines' Baobabs. This bunch of extremely old baobab trees is a highlight for any visitor traveling to this place of Botswana. Seven huge baobab trees, named after the 19th century explorer Thomas Baines, are situated on an island overlooking and surrounded by the white, crusty Kudiakam pan. These pans are grassy and scattered with islands of acacia trees, with smaller pans that fill up with water during the rain season, and thus providing rich resources for wildlife.Nxai Pan is particularly known for Baines' Baobabs. This bunch of extremely old baobab trees is a highlight for any visitor traveling to this place of Botswana. (Picnic lunch). Transfer back to the lodge. Have Dinner at the Lodge. Overnight in Makgadikgadi Pans.

  • Proceed for the Morning Game Drive in Makgadikgadi Pans. Transfer back to the Lodge and have Breakfast. Check out and Board a chartered shuttle flight to the nearest airstrip to your lodge/camp. Transfer to your accommodation from the airstrip. Moremi Game Reserve is a surprisingly diverse game reserve, combining mopane woodland and acacia forests, floodplains and lagoons. Only about 30% of the Reserve is mainland, with the bulk being within the Okavango Delta itself.The Moremi Game Reserve initially consisted mostly of the Mopane Tongue area, but in the 1970s the royal hunting grounds, known as Chief’s Island, were added.The Moremi is home to the most endangered species of large mammals: the cheetah, white rhinoceros, black rhinoceros, African wild dog and lion. Over 500 bird species (from water birds to forest dwellers) and over 1.000 species of plants are also recognized in the Moremi. This ecosystem is amongst the richest in Africa. And thanks to effective protection, the flora and fauna is relatively undisturbed. Check in and freshen up. Have lunch at the Lodge and proceed for the Afternoon Activities (Land or Water Based).
